Co-leads Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Capital Markets team in Dallas

As Executive Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Capital Markets team in Dallas, Jud Clements co-leads a highly successful team, leveraging the firm’s national platform and the team’s balance of skills sets. He has handled real estate asset sales for corporate, institutional and entrepreneurial owners, totaling more than $6.5 billion in commercial real estate assets.

One of his notable deals in 2021 involved representation of Momentum Commercial Realty in its $265-million disposition of an 80-building, 2.2-million-square-foot office and industrial portfolio. The assets are situated in Dallas infill markets, as well as in suburban Dallas locations.
