In 2021, Eseke was the #1 individual producer in the Dallas office. Notable transactions included representation of SiteOne Landscape Supply in its 337,450 square-foot lease in Hutchins, TX and working as tenant rep for Land O Lakes on a 310,292 square-foot lease in Fort Worth, on which the tenant invested an additional $2.0 million on build out.
