Brokered sale of 2,167-unit, six-property portfolio to New York buyer

Completed sale of 1,350-unit portfolio to S2 Capital

The Northmarq Multifamily Investment Sales Office in Dallas closed 136 transactions, consisting of 35,000 units, at a sales volume of $4.5 billion. The team also procured $5.5 billion in debt financing during the year.

Notable transactions included a portfolio of six properties, totaling 2,167 units, which sold to Five Partners LLC of New York, and a 1,350-unit portfolio acquired by S2 Capital. In all, the team sold 19 portfolios, allowing sellers to bundle properties and buyers the opportunity gain larger market share.
