Completed nearly $200 million in shopping center sales in 2021

Highlights included the $34-million sale of Village Shoppes at Salem in NH

Industry veteran Jim Koury facilitated one of his most active years in the industry by completing the sale of nearly $200 million in shopping centers through New England.

A partial list of his noteworthy transactions include the $54-million sale of Whole Foods/Marshalls anchored Bedford Marketplace in Bedford, MA; the $34-million sale of Village Shoppes at Salem in NH; the $21-million sale of Stop & Stop-Anchored Cottage Plaza in Pawtucket, RI, the two Shaw’s-anchored centers in Gloucester MA for $20 million, and the freestanding net-leased sales of the Stop and Shop in Belchertown, MA and the Lowes in Abington, MA, for $14.5 million and $9.7 million, respectively.
