Colleen Hendrix

Colleen Hendrix is highly regarded by her colleagues and peers as a leader in the Atlanta commercial real estate community. As an SVP with the CBRE Capital Markets team in Atlanta, she specializes in multifamily sales of all types across the Southeast. She is an expert in the disposition of multifamily assets ranging from suburban value-add assets to new construction in-fill properties, both as individual sales and as large portfolios. 

Hendrix began her career as CPA for Deloitte before seeking out a career in commercial real estate. She decided to switch career paths and joined CBRE in 2008, where she quickly worked her way onto the investment sales team. As one of the youngest members of the team, Hendrix notably worked her way up to SVP in 2020.

One of her biggest passions in her career and within her community is empowering other women to pursue their goals. For the past two years, she has served on the board of directors for Cool Girls, Inc., an Atlanta-based non-profit that focuses on breaking the cycles of poverty, low self-esteem and teen pregnancy through after-school programs at the elementary and middle school level. 

Hendrix is also a member of RENEW, a 501(c)(3) non-profit that focuses on furthering the professional development of women in commercial real estate. The organization promotes communication and mentorship between current professionals as well as scholarship opportunities for women looking to enter the commercial real estate industry.
