CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic Debt & Structured Finance Group
Completed $2.8 billion in transactions during 2020
CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic Debt & Structured Finance group is the largest single finance team in the Mid-Atlantic region and operates within CBRE’s premium national finance platform. The team executes a full range of debt and equity transactions for multi-housing, office, retail, hotel and industrial properties.
Over the past four years the team has closed more than $10 billion in debt and equity transactions, representing the largest annual volume ever for CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic Region. In 2020, as the largest transaction in the Washington metropolitan area during 2020, and one of the largest multifamily transactions nationally, the acquisition of Southern Towers and the accompanying debt financing denotes a great achievement in an otherwise tumultuous year.
Despite the numerous challenges of 2020, the CBRE Mid-Atlantic Debt & Structured Finance group closed $2.8 billion in total transactions, involving 1.7 million square feet of development 16,000 residential units, 45 assignments closed and more than 100 lenders quoting. CBRE’s David Webb was also ranked in the top 1% of producers nationally for CBRE and ranked as the top producer in CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic Division.
These are some of the reasons we selected CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic Debt & Structured Finance group for inclusion in our first-ever Top Mortgage Brokers and Lenders Awards. These awards recognize industry professionals who have demonstrated the highest standards in commercial real estate finance.
