Having established the annual Top Brokers awards programs as a platform for recognizing achievements in leasing and investment sales, Connect Commercial Real Estate has now broadened its reach. For the first time, we’re recognizing Top Mortgage Brokers and Lenders, who had an especially active—and challenging—year in 2020.

Based on your nominations, we’re recognizing industry professionals who collectively were responsible for billions of dollars in financing transactions last year. Whether they transacted on a local, regional or national level, these brokers and lenders executed deals to the highest standards under the unusual circumstances of a global pandemic.
