Completed $1 billion in transactions during 2020

47 transactions

Newmark’s Adam Randall has deep experience structuring loans collateralized by conventional multifamily, student housing and seniors housing. He has worked on loan requests that have included tax-exempt bonds and tax credits, as well as structured complex credit facilities and affordable forwards.

During a challenging 2020 for the CRE industry, Adam Randall and his team closed 47 separate transactions comprising over $1.047 billion in loan volume.

Randall’s ability to foster strong long-term relationships has always been the pillar of his professional work and proved critical in 2020. Since the onset of the pandemic, it was Adam’s strong history with repeat clients that earned him several referrals during a chaotic time. Many of these new referrals required a trusted advisor with experience navigating the fast-changing landscape of working with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lenders. Randall’s ability to deliver was certainly tested, yet he was able to close a number of loans -including an almost impossible one during COVID times, a near stabilization loan between a trusted client and Fannie Mae.

These are some of the reasons we selected Randall for inclusion in our first-ever Top Mortgage Brokers and Lenders Awards. These awards recognize industry professionals who have demonstrated the highest standards in commercial real estate finance.
