Experience providing financing solutions in all 50 states
Ryan Duling is a managing director and originator at Lument, primarily focused on procuring new debt opportunities for the firm.
While his main focus is conventional multifamily and student housing, he is active in multiple real estate asset classes and has experience providing value-adding, custom finance solutions throughout multiple markets in all 50 states.
Based in Columbus, OH, Duling joined Lument legacy firm RED Capital Group in 2006. He has extensive experience in the procurement, structuring and execution of a breadth of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, conventional bank, balance sheet and life company debt offerings, including singular first mortgage debt executions as well as larger structured transactions. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
He focuses on a variety of client types, from the smallest of multifamily owners up through some of the largest real estate funds in existence. His educational background in engineering and experience as an owner of real estate adds highly unique perspective that has benefitted him throughout his career. Duling has structured multiple credit facility financings in the past several years, allowing for more customized solutions to better tailor to client needs, which can serve as a competitive advantage.
