Helen Cauthen has established herself as a next generation broker throughout her career at Cushman & Wakefield. As a female broker in the most male-dominated sector—industrial—in a male dominated industry, Cauthen has solidified her position as an up-and-coming broker within the market by working with top-tier clients, completing several key deals to bring to-market or expand the footprint of national power players in Atlanta, creating thousands of jobs.

Helen has exhibited confidence and laser-sharp focus since beginning her industrial real estate career three years ago,” says Lisa Pittman, Head of the Atlanta Industrial Team at Cushman & Wakefield. “Her attention to detail and ability to engage people has made her a terrific addition to our team. Helen is a true partner and likes to roll up her sleeves to get into the thick of a project. I know that this is just the beginning for Helen and she will have a long and successful career in industrial real estate.”

These are some of the reasons we chose Cauthen as one of the Atlanta/Southeast 2021 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s fifth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
