Specializes in industrial real estate across Atlanta MSA and Southeast
Spearheaded opening of Matthews’ Atlanta office
Harrison Auerbach is a trusted client advisor for Matthews Industrial Advisors, a division of Matthews Real Estate Investment Services. He specializes in the disposition, acquisition, and leasing of premier industrial space nationwide, specifically in the Southeast and Atlanta MSA.
Marketing and property selection is business-critical in today’s robust economy, and Auerbach leverages Matthews’ technology and provides the highest level of execution to his clients. Harrison also utilizes extensive market knowledge, resources, and relationships to build and preserve his clients’ wealth through their commercial real estate holdings.
Before joining Matthews, Auerbach worked for Kassin Sabbagh Realty, located in New York City. He developed relationships with landlords and tenants to facilitate and close commercial property space to suit their business needs. His expertise in sales, finance, and marketing was instrumental to the success of meeting client expectations and goals.
These are some of the reasons we chose Auerbach as one of the Atlanta & Southeast 2021 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s fifth annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
Auerbach successfully spearheaded the opening of Matthews’ Atlanta office. Starting with four people, the office has since gained 20 agents in two years. Auerbach was also the first person at the firm to establish a presence in the local industrial sector, running a team of industrial agents throughout the Southeast in three markets: Atlanta, Nashville and South Florida.
