Bryan Helfer of Foster Garvey has more than 15 years of experience representing clients in commercial and residential real estate development and investment. He has experience representing private developers, foreign investors and businesses of varying sizes including Fortune 20 companies, real estate investment firms and small family-owned organizations. Helfer’s practice includes acquisitions, dispositions, debt and equity financing, business organization, joint venture partnerships and representing landlords and tenants in leasing office, technology, industrial and retail properties.

Prior to joining Foster Pepper, Helfer practiced at Pircher, Nichols and Meeks in Chicago, where he represented private equity clients on large-scale portfolio transactions.

About Lisa Brown

Lisa Brown has decades of experience in corporate communications and marketing management with organizations including Coldwell Banker Residential, Grubb & Ellis, Marcus & Millichap, NAIOP, SIOR and ALM. In those positions, she worked in conjunction with chief executive officers and chief marketing officers to create corporate messaging, cohesive branding standards, strategic marketing plans and thought pieces. Brown is a frequent speaker at industry events and an editing adjunct professor for an online course. She has a master’s degree in mass communications from San Jose State University.
