Vanessa Williams Expands CBRE’s Arizona Presence by Adding 15 Brokers

Company:

CBRE

Vanessa Williams, Arizona Market Leader and senior managing director at CBRE, has nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience in marketing, business development, operations and executive leadership. Since joining CBRE in October 2024, she has helped expand the firm’s Arizona presence by developing talent and boosting collaboration across the firm’s service lines.

During her first 18 months, CBRE’s Arizona operations added more than 15 brokers. Williams has helped improve engagement between brokerage professionals and align teams around shared objectives and integrated client solutions. She also oversees business support teams and works with CBRE’s executive leadership to advance growth, market share, revenue and client service.

Outside of work, Williams volunteers with the Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center, the Arizona Jewish Historical Society, Ryan House and the Arizona Humane Society. She is also involved with NAIOP and her daughter’s school community.

Her industry recognition includes GlobeSt.’s Women of Influence honors, the Phoenix Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 award, and AZ Big Media’s AZ Big 100: 50 Commercial Real Estate Leaders to Watch.

These are just a few reasons Vanessa Williams is among the Phoenix & Southwest Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
