Jacqueline Korajkic Helps Metro Services Group Transition to Employee Ownership
Jacqueline Korajkic, chief financial officer of Metro Services Group, joined Metro in 2018. Today, she leads the company’s finance team, overseeing financial operations and supporting long-term financial health. Her 20-year career includes jobs involving public accounting, corporate finance and strategic acquisitions.
Korajkic played a key role in the Metro Service’s 2025 transition toward employee ownership through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The five-year transition is providing employees with a stake in the business.
A licensed CPA, Korajkic earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of the Pacific in 2005.
These are just a few reasons Jacqueline Korajkic is among the California Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
