Laura Stumm is vice chairman and a leader of Newmark’s Capital Markets practice in Los Angeles. She specializes in acquisition and disposition advisory for institutional and private owners. During her 15-year commercial real estate career, Stumm has led more than $18 billion in transactions involving office, lab, studio, development and other property types.

She represented the seller in the $92.5-million sale of 865 Figueroa to the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and is representing the seller of Culver Steps, a mixed-use office and retail property under contract at approximately $1,000 per square foot.

Her work also extends to land and advanced manufacturing and flex space, including the $27.3-million sale of 401 Coral in El Segundo.

A member of ULI’s Gold Council, Stumm chairs the ULI Los Angeles Capital Markets Council. She also supports women entering and advancing in CRE through mentorship and networking initiatives and is active with Arche Women’s Network and Catholic Big Brothers Big Sisters.
