Boury With Cushman&Wakefield Guides Corporate Occupiers on Site Selection and Lease Negotiations
Alexandra Boury is a Senior Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory Services Group, where she represents office occupiers in Dallas, nationwide and globally. She guides clients through site selection, portfolio planning, and lease negotiations, bringing a strategic and detail-oriented approach that ensures every real estate decision supports her clients’ operational and long-term business objectives.
Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2018, Boury has completed nearly 1 million square feet in transactions. Her client base includes international law firms, professional companies and land owners.
Boury has spoken on panels at the firm’s Tenant Advisory Group conference and recently at Cushman & Wakefield’s FUEL conference, in front of 750 global professionals.
Boury has volunteered for multiple charitable organizations, including the North Texas Food Bank, Mercy Street, Brother Bill’s Helping Hand and The Stew Pot, through Cushman & Wakefield’s service initiatives.
She has been recognized by her company (Wildcatter of the Year and Rising Star) and by D CEO (Power Broker).
