Montagne With Sands Investment Specializes in Nationwide Net-Lease Retail Investment Sales
As Vice President and Investment Advisor in the Austin office of Sands Investment Group, Matt Montagne specializes in retail investment sales, focusing on net lease transactions and sale-leasebacks for private investors, developers, operators and institutional buyers. He has completed 132 transactions totaling $940 million in volume during his nearly 8-year career.
One notable transaction was a $24-million travel center development and net-lease sale in the Mountain West. He also advised on a $10-million car wash portfolio sale-leaseback in Utah involving a newly developed asset and a recently acquired property.
Montagne contributes to the company culture through mentorship and serving as a steady resource for younger brokers navigating the early stages of their careers.
Outside of work, Montagne is active in athletics and community-based networking through lacrosse tournaments, club events and recreational sports organizations.
