Smith Oversees Client Onboarding and Platform Adoption at Dealpath
As Director of Implementation for Dealpath, Brad Smith manages a team that onboards and offers strategic guidance to the company’s expanding client base.
After joining Dealpath in 2020, Smith was responsible for opening the firm’s first Austin office, securing the physical office location and recruiting, hiring and growing the team. These days, he manages his team and implements new projects and initiatives
Smith leads volunteerism efforts on behalf of Dealpath’s Austin team and its contributions to charitable organizations such as Healing with Horses Ranch. His team also works with Operation Blue Santa, a charitable effort in partnership with the Austin Police Department to provide toys to children in need during the holiday season.
Additionally, Smith frequently volunteers with local animal shelters such as Austin Pets Alive.
Smith’s efforts netted his office Built-In’s Best Startups to Work for in Austin honor. Smith has also received Dealpath’s Implementation Manager of the Year and Our People Make Us Great awards.
