Colliers’ Ewing Supports Supply Chain Real Estate Site Selection and Leasing Strategy
Colliers Senior Vice President James Ewing specializes in tenant representation for industrial real estate occupiers throughout North America. He handles site selection, lease renewals and the disposition of excess supply chain real estate, including warehouses, truck terminals, maintenance facilities, manufacturing facilities and industrial land.
Along with his team, Ewing has negotiated 500 supply chain real estate transactions in 50 global cities, generating millions in value for their clients.
Ewing regularly takes calls from students and early-career professionals seeking guidance on navigating the industry. In the community, he volunteers with Love of the Lake, a conservation organization dedicated to preserving and maintaining White Rock Lake in Dallas, and supports Breakthrough T1D, his team members’ charity.
