Transwestern’s Duncan Leads Industrial Development Across Houston and Central Texas Markets

Company:

Transwestern

David Duncan is a Regional Partner at Transwestern Development Logistics, overseeing all industrial development activity across Houston and Central Texas. He sources new development opportunities, manages land acquisition and entitlement processes and executes large-scale industrial projects from inception through delivery. He also leads local market strategy, drives business development initiatives and manages project teams to ensure successful execution.

Since joining Transwestern Development in 2018, Duncan has led the development of more than 6 million square feet of Class-A industrial product across Houston and Austin. Key Houston development projects include the 2 million-square-foot Innerbelt Northwest, the 860,000-square-foot East Belt Logistics Park, and the 320,000-square-foot Imperial Crossing.

Duncan has assisted with executing Transwestern Development’s corporate expansion strategy, helping to position the firm as one of Houston’s most active developers, ranking second in total development volume over the past 24 months.

He is a mentor to younger team members, offering guidance and support to help develop the next generation of professionals within the organization. Duncan is active in the community through his involvement at St. Michael’s Church.

These are just a few reasons we chose David Duncan as one of Connect CRE’s Texas Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
