Vincent Vega is a Vice President and office tenant representation broker with Oxford Partners. He advises clients on site selection, lease negotiation, and market strategy, with a focus on office and industrial/flex space across the Greater Houston market.
His portfolio includes multiple Class A office leases exceeding 10,000 square feet for clients nationwide.
Vega’s client base spans regional, statewide and national industries, including law, healthcare, accounting services, consulting, oil and gas, and more. He has grown from closing roughly five deals per year in his first two years at Oxford to closing between 20 and 30 transactions annually. He has served as the primary broker for companies entering or expanding within the Houston and Texas markets across multiple industries.
Vega recently took on his first junior agent, stepping into a mentorship role that represents a deliberate next phase in his professional development.
