Revers With Newmark Handles Capital Markets Across Institutional-Scale Deals
Nick Revers is a Senior Financial Analyst with Newmark’s Boston-based Capital Markets Group, specializing in the underwriting and sale of office, life science, industrial, and medical properties in the Boston/New England region. During his career, he has been involved in over $2 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
He has been involved in major deals, including the $227-million sale of 99 High Street, one of Downtown Boston’s most iconic office towers; the $103-million sale of Burlington BioCenter at the height of the life sciences boom; and the $79-million recapitalization of Axis Park North in the industrial sector.
In an industry where analysts typically spend years building toward meaningful deal exposure, Revers has amassed a transaction resume that most professionals would be proud of in just one decade.
These are just a few reasons we chose Nick Revers as one of Connect CRE’s Boston & New England Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
