Price With DPR Leads Venture Investments Across Built Environment Technology
Ben Price is an investor and strategy consultant with DPR Construction, where he focuses on the built environment and construction technology. He operates on the WND Ventures team, DPR’s venture capital arm.
WND Ventures has invested in companies that have achieved successful exits, including Rhumbix, StructionSite, ManufactOn, Avvir and others.
In his previous roles, Price has led investments in over 18 companies. He was one of three who invested $130 million in start-up companies through Orbia Ventures and led North American Growth for the European multinational, Umdasch Group.
He has also invested in companies including Hyperframe, Toolbelt and Okibo.
Price is a board member of the New England Venture Network and serves a philanthropic role with the Caritas Communities. He has been named a Global Corporate Venturing Rising Star, has been on BuiltWorlds’ Maverick and Venture Investors 50 lists and appears on GreenBiz’s 30-under-30 listing.
These are just a few reasons we chose Ben Price as one of Connect CRE’s Boston & New England Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
