Edenkrans Builds $55M CRE Track Record at Marcus&Millichap

Mattias Edenkrans is an Associate Director of Investments at Marcus & Millichap. He specializes in industrial, flex and office commercial real estate properties across New England, focusing on the North Shore, Massachusetts market.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2023, Edenkrans has closed more than $55 million in sales volume and nearly 500,000 square feet. Notable sales include the $10.1 million sale-leaseback of the 84,814-square-foot 1 Technology Way in Salem, MA. He also closed the $5.8 million sale of the 76,251 square-foot 930 Main Street in Acton, MA.

A first-generation American, Edenkrans’ community involvement includes volunteering with Trouble the Dog, a motorcycle ride in Wilmington, MA, that benefits first responders and the children they serve. He is also involved with Penn State THON, the university’s student-run fundraiser supporting children and families impacted by childhood cancer.   

Edenkrans has received recognition from Marcus & Millichap, including the Boston Office Rookie of the Year, the Boston Office Rising Star and the Pacesetter awards.
