Cushman & Wakefield’s NYC-based Institutional Leasing team, led by Executive Vice Chair Ethan Silverstein, includes Greg Herman, Paul Ferraro, Michael Movshovich, Anthony Lopresti, Eric Hazen, Amy Zhen, Connor Daugstrup, Matthew Livingston, Bianca Di Mauro, Grant Potter and Hayley Shoener.
In 2025, the team leased more than 15.3 million square feet of space across 316 transactions. Notable transactions include representing BXP and J.P Morgan Chase in a 303,729-square-foot relocation lease to Goodwin Procter at 200 Fifth Ave.
The group represented Arch in its relocation to 199 Water St. in a deal totaling 73,581 square feet. Additionally, the team worked with EQT on its expansion at 245 Park Ave., expanding the company’s footprint to 114,562 square feet, and advised General Atlantic on its 50,257-square-foot lease at the Elephant in Mayfair, London.
