Ari Ravi and his team at RIPCO Real Estate have played a key role in expanding the firm’s presence in the Florida market, helping propel RIPCO’s Tampa office into the top 10 commercial real estate brokerage firms in the region. In 2025, the team closed 41 transactions totaling $196.5 million in deal volume. Ravi has closed over $400 million since 2023.
Notable deals included the $37.7-million sale of Tampa Bay Center in Tampa, FL. This transaction and others highlight his strategic market insight and strong negotiating skills, helping facilitate significant investment and continued growth across the Tampa Bay and Central Florida commercial real estate markets. In 2025, Ravi closed approximately $200 million, bringing total volume to over $400 million since 2023.
