RIPCO Real Estate’s team, including Stephen R. Preuss Sr., Andreas Efthymiou, Kevin Louie, Kevin Schmitz and Denise Tempone, is active throughout the New York City boroughs, Long Island, New Jersey and Florida.
In 2025, the company completed 74 transactions totaling $518 million.
Notable deals included handling the $18.6-million sale of a development site (while sourcing $66.1 million in acquisition financing), a $22.9-million medical office building sale on Long Island occupied by NYU Langone, and a $9 million sale of a 38th Avenue office building.
The company also sold an $8.5-million development site on Crescent Street, while securing $4.2 million in acquisition financing and $23.3 million in construction financing.
