Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Capital Markets team is an 11-person group that handles office and industrial transactions in all major markets throughout the Sunshine State. Team members include Investment Sale Brokers Mike Davis, Rick Brugge, Dominic Montazemi, Scott O’Donnell, Miguel Alcivar, Rick Colon, Greg Miller, Mike Ciadella, Gina Allegrini and Equity, Debt & Structured Finance Brokers Jason Hochman and Ron Granite. In 2025, the team closed 40 transactions valued at over $2 billion.
Notable highlights included the $125-million sale of a 25-building, 820,000-square-foot small-bay industrial portfolio in Orlando. The team also represented Redfearn Capital in its $108-million recapitalization of a light industrial portfolio with assets in multiple markets throughout Florida, and Torburn Partners in the $48.5-million sale of a newly built Broward County R&D facility, which was leased to Motorola.
