Newmark’s Florida multifamily team consists of Avery Klann, Hampton Beebe, Patrick Dufour and Scott Ramey. Over the past two decades, its members have been involved in the sale and capitalization of more than $23 billion in multifamily housing transactions.
In 2025, the team closed 49 transactions totaling $3.6 billion.
Notable highlights included the $152.5-million sale of Del Olo, a 384-unit community in Boca Raton; the $88.5-million sale of Retreat at Sunset Walk, a 352-unit property in Kissimmee, for which Newmark also provided buyer financing; the $138-million sale of District West Gables, a 427-unit asset in Miami, with buyer financing arranged by Newmark; and the $125.5-million sale of Bainbridge at Westshore Marina, a 351-unit portfolio in Tampa, where Newmark also handled financing for the buyer.
