Senior Managing Director Chris Phaneuf and Managing Director Adam Dunn lead Berkadia’s Boston Investment Sales team, bringing more than 40 years of combined experience in commercial real estate. The team closed 7 deals in 2025, totaling $589.7 million in transaction value.
Notable sales included The Robinson ($121.5 million), 145 Front at City Square ($122.2 million), and Hanover at the Pinehills ($122.0 million).
Phaneuf and Dunn joined Berkadia in December 2021, expanding the firm’s New England presence. Over the course of their careers, they have executed more than $25 billion in transactions across all property types.
