Judy Schneider is the Chief Operating Officer with the Holland Partner Group and Holland Family Office. During her over twenty years with Holland, Schneider has played a pivotal role in building the company’s foundation and leadership. She focused on supporting and growing teams, establishing regional office facilities, and leading the expansion of HR/Talent Development and Technology, among other initiatives.
Her efforts also included overseeing external audits, which helped strengthen the company’s capabilities. Schneider has been instrumental in creating important employee benefit programs that have contributed to the exceptional tenure of Holland team members. These programs have been crucial in retaining top talent and fostering a positive company culture. She serves as the Families Representative on Holland’s Board of Directors.
