As Co-President and CFO of MainStreet Property Group, Jackie Hizzey has many duties, including oversight of the company’s day-to-day operations, securing financing for MainStreet’s commercial projects, and asset management of a portfolio consisting of 3,000 units.
Under Hizzey’s tenure, the company has developed over 3,000 apartment units and 250,000 square feet of retail space, financed approximately $700 million of debt and raised over $300 million of equity, including institutional and family office.
Hizzey served as the executive leader of the organization’s Charitable Impact Committee for the last three years; the committee raised nearly $250,000 for charitable partners. She is also a mentor with the ULI Partnership Forum Group and a ULI’s Capital Markets Council member.
Thanks to Hizzey’s direction, MainStreet has won numerous recognitions, including NAIOP Washington State’s Developer of the Year, NAIOP’s Night of the Stars Award, Vision 2040 Award and Multifamily Executive Awards.
These are a few reasons Jackie Hizzey is among the Seattle & Northwest Connect CRE 2024 Women in Real Estate Award winners.
