As a Founding Partner of the Christensen Group of Marcus & Millichap, Georgie Christensen-Riley oversees the group’s strategic direction, cultivates relationships with clients and industry partners, and fosters a culture of excellence within the team. She is also deeply involved in deal structuring and negotiations and ensures that clients receive unparalleled service and results.           

Notable transactions include the $23.8 million sale of the 118-unit Ashley Terrace (Clark County, WA), the $14.2 million sale of the 74-unit River Lofts Apartments (Washington County, OR) and the $10.8 million acquisition of the 65-unit Park Place Apartments (Spokane County, WA).

She is involved with CREW-Portland, Multifamily Northwest and the National Multi-Housing Council. The Christensen Group also participates in the SOLVE clean-up event in Portland and mentors others at the firm.

Christensen-Riley has received Marcus & Millichap’s highest recognition awards for the past four out of five years. Including Broker of the Year, Best List-to-Close Ratio and the #1 Team in Portland.
