Caitlin O’Brien

As Director of Financial Operations at Corderman & Company, Caitlin O’Brien supports the company’s business objectives and growth through the establishment and execution of a robust financial strategy. She develops and oversees financial reporting and controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance. She also manages cash balances and bank accounts, including positive pay exemptions and bank deposits. O’Brien also oversees ERP management, accounts payables, accounts receivables and payroll coordination.

Under her leadership, Corderman reduced outstanding receivables past 30 days by 36% and expanded the finance team.

O’Brien completed a professional development course with the Wentworth Institute of Technology’s Leadership in the Built Environment (LBE) Academy and received her Transformational DEI Certificate. Her community endeavors include supporting South Boston’s Tynan Elementary School, the Greater Boston Food Bank, the Usher Syndrome Society and Honor Flight New England. She is a Construction Financial Management Corporation member and has been named an ENR Top Young Professional.
