Cecilia Gordon

Cecilia Gordon is a Director at Goulston & Storrs. As Co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Group, she oversees more than 100 attorneys who represent major national and regional developers, entrepreneurs, investment funds, REITS, property owners, and commercial tenants. Gordon also serves as the Co-Chair of the firm’s Hospitality and Recreation Industry Group.
Notable projects included representing Pyramid Global Hospitality in deals, including leasing the Courtyard by Marriott New York World Trade Center and the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle from Union Investment Real Estate. She also represents CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC in various management and development agreements, including purchasing the Yellowstone Club and negotiating a management agreement with Montage Hotels & Resorts.
Gordon has been actively involved in the International Society of Hospitality Consultants for most of her career. She is also a member of the Real Estate Advisory Council at the Boston University School of Hospitality Administration, a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL), and a member of the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board (HAREB).
Gordon also makes time for pro bono work, regularly volunteering with Legal Clinics for the Homeless and providing real estate advice to numerous non-profits, including the American Cancer Society.
Gordon has been published in the Best Lawyers in America by Real Estate Law, ranked Band 2 in Chambers USA, Leisure & Hospitality USA and named America’s Leading Business Lawyers by Chambers USA. She has also been honored as Northeast Trailblazer by American Lawyer and a Rising Star by Massachusetts Super Lawyers.
