Sienna DeSantis

Sienna DeSantis is a Development Manager at Samuels & Associates. Her responsibilities include analyzing deals, managing the budget, schedule, and coordination of projects, and ensuring that all teams—whether in development, design, marketing, or leasing—are working together and staying aligned with the project’s timeline. DeSantis often serves as the primary point of contact, particularly in projects transitioning from development to construction and eventually to operations.

Key projects and deals DeSantis has worked on most recently include development of the Parcel 12 Air Rights project over the Massachusetts Turnpike, now referred to as Lyrik Back Bay, 1400 Boylston, and The Trillium Beer Garden in Boston Common (pro bono work).

DeSantis regularly oversees development management-focused internship opportunities at S&A and worked as a mentor to students from the Beaver Country Day School during their spring internship program in 2023. Additionally, she mentored in the S&A-led 2023 Summer Internship program with CREST. Over the past two years, DeSantis has been an industry advisor and judge during the annual Boston College Corcoran Center Case Competition, offering undergraduate students the opportunity to compete, develop their knowledge, and learn from experts in the field through the analysis of an affordable housing real estate case. Additionally, DeSantis sits on the Real Estate Development Committee at Nuestra CDC.
