Spread across three offices, the Northmarq Mid-Atlantic Investment Sales team comprises eight individuals who are collectively responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and capital transactions in the Mid-Atlantic. The team includes Chris Doerr, Will Harvey, Shack Stanwick, Ari Azarbarzin, Anthony Pino, Charlie Rimkus, Matt Straughan and Xander Dickson. In 2023, the team handled eight transactions totaling $306 million.
One notable highlight involved brokering the mixed-use Jasper Columbia Pike in Arlington, VA, comprising 269 units and 26,993 square feet of leased ground-floor retail space.
