The Berkadia DC Metro team has established itself as a dominant capital markets provider and intermediary in the region. The team comprises Drew White, Louis Jacobe, Paul Hanafin, Bobby Meehling, Cameron Webb, Brian Crivella, Bill Gribbin, Yalda Ghamarian, Carter Wood, Cole Carns and Walter Coker. In 2023, the team brokered 29 deals totaling $1.13 billion.
Notable deals included the $64-million sale of the 232-unit Solaire Wheaton (Silver Spring, MD); the $250-million sale of The Elm, a 245-unit property in Bethesda, MD; the $52-million sale of Del Ray Central, consisting of 141 units and 2,670 square feet of retail space in Alexandria, VA; and the $49.5-million sale of the 156-unit Mission Lofts in Falls Church, VA.
