Mariana Robina
Assisted in closing more than $1 billion in Florida and Texas multifamily assets
Recognized as NAA Top Employer and Multifamily Executive Rising Star
As Eagle Property Capital’s Senior Vice President of Investment and Finance, Mariana Robina has been one of the driving forces behind the company’s founding. With her help, EPC has closed more than $1 billion in multifamily assets in Florida and Texas, raising and deploying nearly $500 million in investor capital during the past decade.
Robina joined EPC straight out of graduate school, building the company’s operating departments from scratch. She has been vital in diversity initiatives – as a result, EPC’s senior and middle management consist of more than 50% women.
A working mother with two children, Robina demonstrates an aptitude for fostering relationships built on trust and open communication. She looks forward to expanding the platform from an investment management perspective and launching new investment vehicles. She is also interested in developing EPC’s property management side, ensuring the company’s scalability in other geographies.
She has been recognized as an NAA Top Employer, a “Multifamily Influencer” by GlobeSt.com/Real Estate Forum and a “Rising Star” by Multifamily Executive magazine.
These are just a few reasons we chose Mariana Robina as one of the Florida-Gulf Coast Connect CRE’s 2023 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and play key mentorship roles for others.
