Nicole Williams
Oversaw 3 million square feet of assets across four states
Assisted with integration of Monmouth Real Estate acquisition
Nicole Williams, an associate director of Asset Services with The RMR Group, repeatedly seizes opportunities, leads gracefully, and fosters a high-performing team environment. She was promoted to her current position in 2022, overseeing approximately 3 million square feet across four states.
When RMR client Industrial Logistics Properties Trust closed on its Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corp. acquisition, Williams took on an additional 13 properties with no other management or support staff. She collaborated with engineering staff and became a liaison between RMR’s corporate headquarters and Asset Services colleagues. Additionally, Williams introduced a coaching plan for team members, with regular feedback sessions ensuring project progress, personal growth, and skill enhancement.
Williams’ innovative approach helped facilitate RMR’s expansion into new markets; she played a pivotal role in launching RMR’s Orlando office. She embraced the challenge of onboarding team members and establishing an office culture while coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure the project stayed on track, within budget and on time.
Williams was honored with an RMR employee award for driving improved operating outcomes by supporting organizational values, approaching her work with integrity and creativity and serving as a role model to others.
These are just a few reasons we chose Nicole Williams as one of the Florida-Gulf Coast Connect CRE’s 2023 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and play key mentorship roles for others.
