Kelly Kuykendall

Kelly Kuykendall, deputy chief investment officer and managing director for Bridge Office Fund Manager, is an accomplished real estate veteran. Her institutional real estate experience includes acquisitions, asset management, capital markets, investment sales and tax/accounting. Before joining Bridge in 2017, Kuykendall was an associate director with HFF, closing nearly $1 billion of office investment sales transactions across the Southeastern U.S. over two years.
Bridge Office Fund Manager, a subsidiary of Bridge Investment Group LLC, is an integrated institutional owner of office assets. In her current role, Kuykendall expanded her reach throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest markets, doubling the number of Class A office properties in her territory.
Since 2021, Kuykendall executed more than 1.1 million square feet of leases across Bridge’s portfolio. Her acquisitions include Tampa Commons (now 1 North Dale Mabry), a 13-story, 253,922-square-foot office tower.
Kuykendall is a NAIOP, Emory University’s Real Estate Advisory Council and the university’s Real Estate Affinity Group member. She contributes to industry panels and volunteers with CREW and The Ron Clark Academy.
