Gordon Richardson, Altus Group

Gordon Richardson is the President of Appraisals and Development Advisory at Altus Group, a leading global provider of software, data, and consulting services for the commercial real estate industry. He leads the company’s advisory services in development and valuation, helping to provide strategic support and insight for national and international real estate clients.

Richardson joined Altus Group in 2016 as Executive Vice President of Finance, Altus Analytics. In this position, he oversaw the analytics division’s financial strategy and operations.

Before joining Altus, Richardson held senior and operations jobs at Argus Software, BMC Software and Halliburton.

He earned his B.E. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Manchester and his MBA from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business.
