Morgan Stengel Oversees Nashville’s $600M+ Paramount Tower

Company:

Giarratana

Morgan Stengel, executive vice president of Giarratana, leads development and execution across the Nashville developer’s active portfolio. Her current projects include the under-construction Paramount at 1010 Church Street, a 60-story, 750-foot-tall residential tower.

Stengel also led the development of the 34-story Alcove at 900 Church Street and PRIME at 801 Church Street. The two towers contain 706 residences and were financed together with a $191-million loan.

She joined Giarratana as project manager for the 45-story 505 Church Street, which was completed in 2018. Stengel later spent two years with Wood Partners, where she opened the company’s Nashville office and led five Tennessee multifamily projects totaling more than 1,500 units, before returning to Giarratana in 2021 and being promoted to executive vice president in 2024.

Stengel has been recognized by Modern Luxury Nashville, the Nashville Business Journal and Nashville Post and serves as an alumna resource for Harpeth Hall School.

These are just a few reasons Morgan Stengel is among the Atlanta & Southeast Connect CRE 2026 Women in Real Estate Award winners. The award honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
