Walker & Dunlop’s Southeast multifamily sales team consists of Telly Fathaly, Chris Goldsmith, Cameron Dunn, John Carr, Riley Hall and Albert Elmore. Together, the six brokers, four analysts and a dedicated transaction manager closed $818 million across 15 transactions in 2025.
Notable transactions included the 360-unit Town Laurel Crossing (Buford, GA), the just-delivered 347-unit Manor Barrett (Kennesaw, GA), the 264-unit District at Parkview (Stone Mountain, GA) and the 300-unit Outlook at Greystone (Birmingham, AL).
Across these transactions, the team demonstrated exceptional insight into local demand drivers and capital trends.
