CBRE Team Completes Over 1 Million Square Feet of Office Leases

The CBRE Southeast leasing team of Joe Franco, Stephanie Spivey and Kris Westmoreland completed 1.3 million square feet of office leases in the Charlotte, NC market during 2025.
Notable deals included signing Moore & Van Allen Law Firm to a 200,000-square-foot lease in the new Queensbridge Collective office tower. Other highlights included a 40,000-square-foot deal for Ernst & Young and a 65,000-square-foot transaction for Pacific Life.
