CBRE’s Hamlin Focuses on Tenant Representation Across Bellevue and Puget Sound
Jacob Hamlin is a First Vice President with CBRE’s Bellevue, WA office. He specializes in occupier advisory services, representing corporate, technology, media and manufacturing organizations. He provides strategic counseling, leasing and sales negotiations for global clients.
Some of his major transactions include a 36,000-square-foot lease for Smartsheet in Bellevue, a 30,000-square-foot lease for Dunn Lumber in Everett, WA and a 24,000-square-foot lease for RH2 Engineering in Bothell, WA.
Hamlin is a member of CBRE’s Tech and Media Practice Group and mentors incoming junior brokers. He is actively involved with Junior Achievement of Washington and volunteers with the Washington Trails Association, where he helps maintain and create hiking trails.
These are just a few reasons we chose Jacob Hamlin as one of Connect CRE’s Seattle & Northwest Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
