Realterm’s McAuliffe Helps Secure $2.6 Billion in Institutional Capital Commitments

Company:

Realterm

Shannon McAuliffe is Vice President, Investor Relations at Realterm, where she leads the firm’s investor relations function within the broader investor relations and capital markets team. She manages a group of five in cultivating and maintaining relationships with existing investors and shepherding prospective investors through the diligence process. She oversees the full investor lifecycle on each fundraise, from initial diligence through closing and ongoing investor support

Since joining the firm in 2023, McAuliffe has helped close $2.6 billion in capital commitments from institutional investors across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.

She is on Realterm’s Sustainability Oversight Committee, which reviews and guides the firm’s ESG initiatives and works toward developing the next generation of women in the industry by advising those interested in pursuing finance as a career. McAuliffe has participated in industry events, including KAYO, Women in Real Estate, and IREI Springboard.

In the community, McAuliffe has run two marathons, raising over $5,000 to support Seymour Pink (funding breast cancer research) and Girls on the Run (which builds confidence in girls and young women).

These are just a few reasons we chose Shannon McAuliffe as one of Connect CRE’s National Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
