Missmar Drives High-Profile Waterfront Condo Development Pipeline for Related Ross
Daniah Missmar is Vice President of Development at Related Ross.
She works with the internal teams and world-class architects, guiding projects from concept through completion. She handles deal sourcing, design, zoning and capital financing, as well as construction, sales, and marketing.
Missmar’s focus is on developing three residential condominium projects: South Flagler House, Shorecrest, and the newly acquired 464 Fern Street. All three are high-profile waterfront and urban residential projects.
She is a member of the Milken Institute Young Leaders Circle, and her philanthropic interests center on fostering inclusive growth within the community. Missmar sits on the Currie Park Board and the Cultural Quarter Committee.
These are just a few reasons we chose Daniah Missmar as one of Connect CRE’s Florida & Gulf Coast Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
