Hren of Hillpointe Builds Systems for Workforce Housing Operations and Growth
As Regional Vice President at Hillpointe, Margaux Hren oversees regional strategy, sales performance, and operational execution across a portfolio of attainable workforce housing communities totaling over 3,700 units under the Pointe Grand brand.
She is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening market positioning, and leading teams that deliver exceptional resident experiences across multiple Sun Belt markets, primarily in Florida and Georgia.
Her many accomplishments include leading the launch of initiatives to streamline executive-level reporting for Hillpointe’s Community Manager and Regional Manager teams. The initiatives include leading the production of an all-encompassing report covering the major business goals and KPIs for portfolio properties, and providing weekly insights to Hillpointe’s Executive Leadership team.
In addition to working on the company’s Annual Leadership Conference Planning Committee, Hren mentors property management professionals to help them move from the leasing desk to leadership roles. She drives operations that are focused on building leasing systems, sales frameworks, and accountability structures that can be replicated across a rapidly growing portfolio.
Her community involvement includes volunteering with the Orange County Animal Shelter and working as a Rover dog sitter and walker. Hren also organizes food and donation drives for local shelters, food pantries and the Salvation Army.
These are just a few reasons we chose Margaux Hren as one of Connect CRE’s Florida & Gulf Coast Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
