Cushman&Wakefield’s Kaye Combines High-Volume Deal Execution With Leadership Roles
Samantha Kaye is a Senior Associate with Cushman & Wakefield’s Multi-Market Occupier Solutions team. She helps clients with portfolio strategy, site selection, transaction negotiation and deal execution for multimillion-square-foot portfolios.
In 2025, Kaye and her team completed 240 transactions totaling 4.6 million square feet and $438 million in transaction value.
Kaye has served on the Board of Directors for CoreNet Global’s Tampa Chapter, where she also held leadership roles as Membership Chair and Young Leaders Co-Chair. She is on the board of Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory Group and is part of the Legal Advisory and Industrial NextGen Groups. She is committed to mentoring new team members and sharing business development and other best practices, and is an industry-leading voice on local and national panels.
Cushman & Wakefield recently recognized Kaye’s group as a Top 10 Occupier Multimarket Team, and she personally earned the 2024 Headliner of the Year award for the Tampa office. The Tampa Bay Business Journal has awarded her and her partner, Todd Brandon, the Office Deal of the Year award.
These are just a few reasons we chose Samantha Kaye as one of Connect CRE’s Florida & Gulf Coast Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
